Our chefs have professional pride and prepare the food from scratch. A kitchen with true love for their profession – and for your palate. Our head chef Johannes, and the rest of the cooking team conjure up the most delicious dishes. You can tell by the taste that it is homemade! Fortunately Restaurant & Bar has seating for 150 people.
Of course, we also have a stylish bar with full rights and lots of charm. There is seating for 50 people and the possibility of having your own events and live music. Cheers to the good atmosphere!
We have a varied and exciting á la carte menu, with something for everyone. We naturally take allergies and other needs into account. With us, everyone should be able to eat good food, regardless of the ingredients!
Have you heard about the schnitzel uprising of 1995?
«Kroå schnitzel» was on our menu when we opened in 1986. It was well-liked, just like the other dishes we served. How well, however, we had no idea. When we removed the schnitzel from the menu in 1995, it wasn’t long before protests came – from guests who not only liked it, but loved it and demanded it be brought back. Today you can find it as the «Hotel’s special», (not on the summer menu). It is a delicious, homemade, stuffed schnitzel with cheese, ham and ravigotte sauce, served with peas bonne femme.
This little story tells us something important, we think. One is that we listen to our guests. The other is that we have a kitchen that knows what they are doing. A kitchen with a real love for its craft – and for your palate.
